Research
The following are research reports that I’ve written on various topics:

- Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) – a study of the effects of multiple concussions on the brain and information from brain autopsy of NFL, NHL and professional boxers
- Breast Cancer : Understanding, Prevention and Care – an overview of a four part program designed to heal breast cancer with a one-week diet plan
And here are some tools that you may find useful:

- Basal Body Temperature Chart– you can use a BBT chart to assess hypothyroidism. Take your armpit temperature each day for one month before rising and use this chart to keep track.
- Breast Map – for use when completing a Breast Self-Examination. Print the page and each month use it to record your breast topography. Many thanks to Sat Dharam Kaur, N.D. for the use of the image.
- The Cancer Process – an excellent description of the process in the body that brings about tumour growth. Again, with thanks to Sat Dharam Kaur, N.D. for the use of the information.
- The Hormone Puzzle – chart outlining all of the interactions between the main hormones associated with breast cancer, with Protection Strategies. Many thanks to Sat Dharam Kaur, N.D. for the use of the information.
